KPN will not proceed with its planned acquisition

first_imgKPN will not proceed with its planned acquisition of cable service provider Caiway. The Dutch telco said the country’s competition authority, NMa, has too many objections against the transaction.Caiway provides television, broadband and telephony services in several municipalities in the Netherlands through the cable and fibre infrastructures of CIF and a number of regional cable operators.
